摘要
非对偶蜗轮蜗杆的齿形复杂,加工难度大。以SolidWorks为平台,VB为开发工具,建立一个非对偶蜗轮蜗杆仿真加工系统。在模拟加工时,毛坯固定,刀具不仅绕其本身轴线旋转,同时还要绕毛坯轴线旋转,用多个刀具来模拟多个加工位置,刀具的运动所形成的包络体与毛坯进行实体布尔差运算,毛坯的三维模型随着布尔差运算过程被不断更新。而基于实体造型的方法中几何模型的表达与实际工件是一致的,使得仿真的最终结果与产品的实际加工结果相一致。将蜗轮和蜗杆进行装配,通过剖分成平面图的办法,来观察非对偶蜗轮蜗杆的啮合情况,以此来评价和调整蜗轮的加工参数。
The tooth profile of mismatched worm gear is complex and difficult to manufacture. A a system of the simulation manufacturing of mismatched worm gear is built based on SolidWorks with VB. When simulating manufacturing, the worm gear blank is fixed, the cutter is not only revolute around the axis of itself but also revolute around the axis of the worm gear, put the cutter in the different place, Boolean calculation of reduce between the enveloping solid of the cutter and the worm gear blank, the blank model is replace by the Boolean calculation. Because it is same that the expression of the model and part, the result about virtual manufacturing and the reality manufacturing is match. Assembling the worm wheel and worm, through the sectional view to observe the meshing condition of the worm wheel and worm, the manufacturing parameters are evaluated and adjusted.
