摘要 本文以敞开式陈列柜为研究对象 ,模拟陈列柜内的二维稳态气流流动状况。利用所建立的数学模型 ,在考虑了自然对流对空气流场的影响的基础上 ,对陈列柜内的混合对流问题利用SIMPLE算法进行了数值计算 ,从而揭示了这种陈列柜内混合对流的流型和传热机理 ,并进一步研究了出口风速、载货高度对陈列柜内空气流型的影响。同时实验测量了柜内的温度分布 ,实验结果与数值计算结果基本相符。 In this paper a two-dimensional numerical simulation of steady state air flow in an open display freezer cabinet has been conducted. By using the mathemaical model, a numerical computation of the mixed convection in the open display cabinet has been performed with the SIMPLE method. The effect of natural convection on air flow has been taken into account. The flow pattern and heat transfer mechanism in this cabinet are clearly revealed. On the basis of numericla results, the effect of variable inflow rate and height of load on the flow pattern in the cabinet are studied. The temperature distribution of the fluid is measured in the cabinet, and the results obtained by numerical method are basically in agreement with those of the experimental results.
