胃癌组织中AEG-1的表达及与临床病理特征的关系研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的检测胃癌组织中星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)的表达情况,并分析其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系及意义。方法对45例胃癌组织及癌旁组织进行AEG-1、P53、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)进行免疫组化染色,并分析结果与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中AEG-1、P53、PCNA表达均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且AEG-1与P53、AEG-1与PCNA表达均存在正相关关系(r值分别为0.3286、0.3063,P<0.05)。AEG-1表达与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 AEG-1在胃癌组织中高表达,该蛋白可能通过调控P53、PCNA表达而促进胃癌的发生和进展。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of AEG-1 and clinicopathological characteristics in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of AEG-1, P53, PCNA in 45 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue and tumor adjacent tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the detection results and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expressions of AEG-1,P53, PCNA in gastric carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in tumor adjacent tissue ( P 〈 0.05) ,furthermore,the expression of AEG-1 was positively related with that of P53, so was between AEG-1 and PCNA ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The overexpressian of AEG-1 was closely correlated with tumor differentiation degree,clinical staging,lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion AEG-1 is overexpressed in gastric carcinoma tissue, which may promote the pathogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma by regulating the expressions of P53 and PCNA.
