开颅与钻孔引流治疗老年高血压性脑出血后颅内压变化的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨传统开颅与钻孔引流及尿激酶溶解术两种治疗方式对老年高血压性脑出血患者颅内压的影响。方法将112例老年高血压性患者随机分为2组,分别采用开颅术和钻孔引流及尿激酶溶解术治疗,60例患者采用传统开颅术,52例采用钻孔引流及尿激酶溶解术。同时在出血对侧行侧脑室置管,进行侧脑室颅内压监测。采集术后即时、24h、72h、1周的颅内压(ICP)值,统计分析。结果虽然开颅组与钻孔引流组均有ICP的增高,但二者ICP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在降低颅内压力方面开颅术与钻孔引流及尿激酶溶解术无明显差异。
