星状神经节阻滞治疗视神经挫伤的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗视神经挫伤在临床治疗中的实用价值和意义。方法选择视神经挫伤患者20例,以0.15%的罗派卡因10ml行患SGB并观察其疗效。结果全部病例出院后随诊观察1个月,有效10眼,无效5眼,失访2眼。治疗后3d内有效3眼,3~7d有效6眼,超过7d有效1眼。全部患者无1例有并发症及不良反应的发生。结论采用SGB治疗视神经挫伤可达到比常规治疗更为满意的疗效,有较为实用的临床价值。
