摘要 设计了高速伸缩臂叉车静液压传动行走电控系统。采用PID控制器控制车辆行走速度,利用自适应滤波原理,设计了自适应预测滤波器,预测车辆目标工作状态下的系统压力差。实现了发动机与变量泵的复合控制,提高了车辆的控制特性,优化了发动机的工况。 The hydrostatic transmission traveling electric control system for the high-speed telescopic forklift is designed.The vehicle speed is controlled by the PID controller,the self-adaptive prediction filter is designed using self-adaptive filtering principle,and the system pressure difference under the vehicle target working state is predicted.The compound control between the engine and variable pump is implemented,the vehicle's control property is improved,and the engine's working condition is optimized.
