摘要
论述了起重机主梁预拱度的确定方法,大型起重机主梁采用折线型预拱的优点,以及主梁折线型预拱的放样方法和步骤,指出了合理地确定焊接变形引起的拱度损失是起重机主梁预拱度放样的首要工作。
This paper discusses the method of determining crane main girder's pre-camber,the advantages of large-scale crane main girder with broken line type pre-camber,as well as lofting methods and procedures of main girder broken line pre-camber.Rational determination of camber change caused by welding deformation is presented,which is the first issue of crane main girder pre-camber lofting.
