短柱肖菝葜土壤适应性试验

摘要 在不同土壤类型中栽培短柱肖菝葜幼苗,了解其对土壤的适应性。结果表明,不同土壤处理对短柱肖菝葜幼苗的生长和生物量的累积均造成了不同的影响,腐殖质土栽培下的短柱肖菝葜幼苗的成活率最高,达96.67%±5.77%,同时具有最大的株高((18.28±2.88)cm)、叶数((5.20±1.75)片)和单叶面积((13.06±1.99)cm2),较黄黏土及二者的组合类型,更有利于短柱肖菝葜生物量的积累和向块茎的运输,是适宜短柱肖菝葜栽培的土壤类型。 To understand the soil suitability to H.yunnanensis Gagnep.,H.yunnanensis Gagnep.seedlings were planted in various soil types.The results showed that the different soil treatments caused different effects on the growth and biomass of H.yunnanensis Gagnep.seedling.The survival percentage of H.yunnanensis Gagnep.was 96.67%±5.77% and the highest in the humus soil,which had the biggest plant height of(18.28±2.88) cm,number of blades(5.20±1.75) and single-leaf area(13.06±1.99) cm2 simultaneously.The humus soil was more conducive to biomass accumulation and transportation to tubers than the yellow clay and the both soil types combination,was more suitable to cultivate H.yunnanensis Gagnep..
