对引起山西昔阳县玉米苗枯病的病原菌进行了形态学和分子生物学鉴定,根据分生孢子形态和萌发特性将该菌鉴定为串珠镰刀菌(F.moniliforme);并采用分子生物学方法,对该病菌rDNA-ITS的扩增与序列进行测定,测得序列与F.moniliforme同源性为100%。
