合作社为载体的科技推广对“三农”发展的影响——以山西山阴县北周庄镇郑庄村粮食合作社为例

Influence of the Cooperative as Carrier of Sci-tech Service to Three Rural Development:Case Study of Zhengzhuang Food Crops Cooperative in Shanyin,Shanxi Province

科学技术是农业、农村、农民发展有力的推动力量,对于加快发展现代农业,繁荣农村社会,提高农民素质有着极其重要的作用。然而,传统的科层制科技推广方式制约了科技对"三农"作用的发挥,而以合作社为载体的科技推广则弥补了传统科层制推广的种种不足,建立了规模经营与技术效益的有机结合模式,放大了技术效益的敏感度,把科技的供与需对接起来,有力地发挥了科技对"三农"的影响作用。以山西省山阴县北周庄镇郑庄村粮食合作社的科技推广实践为例,具体阐述了合作社对于农业科技推广的促进作用,并探讨了合作社农业科技推广模式对"三农"的影响。

Sci-tech is the powerful driving force of Three Rural development,which plays an important role in speeding up modern agriculture,making rural society prosper and improving farmer＇s ability.However,the traditional bureaucracy initiated by various problems in the service method restricted the role of Sci-tech to the agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the deficiency would be made up by the popularization of cooperatives as carriers of Sci-tech,which established an organic combination model of scale management and technical benefits,as well as amplifying the technology benefits,combining the supply and demand of Sci-tech to effect the Three Rural development.This paper took Zhengzhuang Food Crops Cooperative as example to elaborate the promotion influence of cooperatives to agriculture Sci-tech service,and discusseed how cooperatives as carriers of Sci-tech service affect the Three Rural development.
