食管癌组织中STAT3通路相关调控基因的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨转录信号传导子与激活子-3(Stat3)及CyclinD1、p53、c-fos在食管癌发生发展过程中的作用及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测100份食管癌组织及60份正常食管黏膜组织中Stat3、CyclinD1、p53及c-fos蛋白的表达情况。结果 Stat3蛋白在正常食管黏膜、食管癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为6.7%、94.0%,P<0.05;食管癌组织CyclinD1、p53、c-fos蛋白均明显高于正常食管组织(P<0.05)。Stat3与CyclinD1、p53、c-fos表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Stat3过度表达在食管癌发生发展过程中起重要作用;CyclinD1、p53、c-fos蛋白在调控食管癌癌变过程中可能起协同作用。 Objective To explore the function and significance of Stat3,CyclinD1,p53 and c-fos in the carcinogenesis of esophageal carcinoma.Methods The expression of Stat3,CyclinD1,p53 and c-fos at protein level was studied in 100 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissue and 60 cases of nomal esophageal mucosa tissue by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rate of Stat3 protein was 6.7%,94.0% respectively in normal esophageal mucosa tissue and esophageal carcinoma tissue,the expression of Stat3 protein in esophageal carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in nomal esophageal mucosa tissue(P0.05).The expression of CyclinD1,p53 and c-fos protein in esophageal carcinoma tissue were all significantly higher than those in nomal esophageal mucosa tissue(P0.05).Positive correlation were found between the expression of Stat3 and that of CyclinD1,p53,c-fos(P0.05).Conclusion Over expression of Stat3 plays an important role in carcinogenesis of esophageal carcinoma;CyclinD1,p53 and c-fos may play synergistic action during the occurrence of esophageal carcinoma.
