尼可地尔对PCI术后Tp-Te间期的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨尼可地尔对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者冠脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心电图Tp-Te间期的影响。方法 114例冠心病行PCI患者,根据应用不同药物分为尼可地尔组(A组)、单硝基异山梨醇酯组(B组)、尼可地尔+单硝基异山梨醇酯组(C组)。比较各组患者PCI术前后心电图Tp-Te间期变化及术后4、24 h血清血清肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(cTNT)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果 A、C组PCI术后Tp-Te间期均较术前缩短,P<0.01;B组无显著变化。术中B组室性心律失常发生率高于A组和C组(P均<0.05)。术后4、24 h,A和C组CK、CK-MB水平未见明显变化;B组CK、CK-MB水平升高(P均<0.01)。3组术后cTNT水平无显著变化,B组术后24 h hs-CRP水平升高(P均<0.01)。结论尼可地尔可缩短冠心病患者PCI术后Tp-Te间期,预防室性心律失常,对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤有保护作用。
