改革开放以来中国社会工作教育发展进程研究述评

Literature Review: Perspectives on Development of China's Social Work Education since the Reform and Opening Up Policy

改革开放尤其是2006年以来,中国社会工作制度建设迎来前所未有战略机遇期。中国社会福利时代来临和以改善民生为重点社会建设,社会管理创新和社会服务体系建设,尤其是由人力资源大国转变为人力资源强国,不约而同聚焦社工教育制度和社工人才培养。本文运用文献回顾、基础理论研究、宏观政策研究、实地参观考察、比较政策研究等方法,首次全面、系统回顾改革开放30多年中国社会工作教育发展阶段与历史变迁轨迹,并提出了完善社工教育制度的政策建议。

China＇ s social work system building has met unprecedented strategic opportunities after the Reform and Opening up Policy, especially after 2006. The social work education system and training of social workers have become the key issues in the new era of social welfare and improving people＇s livelihood. Using literature review, basis theory research, onthespot investigation, comparative policy research and other methodologies, the paper comprehensively reviews the historical development of China＇ s social work education in recent three decades for the first time, and brings up policy suggestions on improving social work education system.
