摘要
腐败征候群理论从"参与"和"制度"视角比较研究世界范围内四种腐败类型的征候特点和治理策略,有助于我们客观理性地看待和治理我国的腐败问题。我国腐败现象丛生和蔓延的重要原因之一在于忽视了制度反腐的策略性,故而优选理性可行的循序渐进、有效管用、对症下药和自下而上等治腐策略,是端正反腐理念和改进反腐成效的当务之急和重中之重。
The corruption syndrome theory does a global comparative research on symptoms of four kinds of corruption and their management strategies from the participation and system perspective, which can help us treat and control China＇ s corruption problems objectively and rationally. The neglect of strategies of antieorruption system is an important reason for corruption clustering and its spread. Therefore, it is an urgent and top priority for correcting concept of anticorruption and improving the effectiveness of anticorruption to choose rational, gradual, effective, remedial and bottomup anticorruption strategies.
