服务模块化的研究现状及发展趋向

Research Status and Development Trend of Service Modular

自20世纪90年代以来,模块化思想被西方企业界广泛应用于组织设计之中。在当今服务经济和服务性组织大势兴起的背景下,有关服务模块化的研究逐渐成为学界的前沿和热点。文章运用规范分析和文献研究的方法,梳理、剖析了服务模块化的理论研究成果。研究发现:国内外学者主要围绕着服务模块化的形成、分工、组织及其治理、价值创新四条主线展开;现有的研究方法多为定性经验型和概念型,实证应用型研究不足;把规范研究和实证研究方法结合起来,从宏观产业组织和微观服务系统等多维角度来分析服务模块化是未来研究的大体走向。

Since the 1990s, modular thinking is widely used in organization design in the western business circle. In the context of the rise of service economy and service organizations, the service modular research has become an academic frontier. With literature research and normative analysis, this paper reviews and analyzes the service modular theory research systematically and comprehensively. The study has found that formation, division of labor, organization and management, value innovation about service modular are the focus of the studies at home and abroad. There is more qualitative experiential and conceptual research, but less deep-level theoretical and empirical applied research. Therefore, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, from Macroscopic industrial organization and Microcosmic service system to analyze the modular services, will be the general direction of future research.
