摘要 用DIL850L相变仪φ4mm×10mm小试样模拟φ26mm 60Si2CrVAT钢(/%:0.60C、0.63Mn、1.50Si、1.08Cr、0.14V)870~950℃淬火试验。结果表明,随淬火温度提高,钢残余碳化物减少,950℃淬火晶粒长大明显,择优选取910℃为淬火温度。生产检验条件下,采用910℃40 min淬火,420℃90 min回火,可获得较佳的综合力学性能-即抗拉强度(R_m)1940 MPa,屈服强度(R_(p0.2))1 740 MPa,伸长率(A_5)9.5%,断面收缩率(Z)36.5%。 The quenching examination of qb26 mm rod of steel 60Si2CrVAT (/%: 0. 60C, 0. 63Mn, 1.50Si, 1.08Cr, 0. 14V) at 870 - 950 ℃ is simulated by DIL850L phase transition instrument with φ4 mm x 10 mm small speci- men. Simulated test results show that with quenching temperature increasing, the residual carbide in steel decreases, and quenching at 950 ℃ the grains coarsen obvionsly, therefore the selected optimum heating temperature for quenching is 910 ℃. In condition of production examination, with optimum heat treatment process i.e. quenching at 910 ℃ for 40 min and tempering at 420 ℃ for 90 min, it is available for steel to get optimum comprehensive mechanical properties i.e. tensile strength R.,- 1 940 MPa, yield strength R., ,- 1 740 MPa, elonzation A,- 9. 5% and reduction of area Z- 36. 5%.
