摘要
通过盐雾箱加速腐蚀试验和交流阻抗的测试,研究了3mm板Corten A钢(/%:0.59C、0.16Si、0.31Mn、0.14P、0.009S、0.49Ni、0.52Cr、0.35Cu)和Corten Cr2钢(/%:0.59C、0.16Si、0.30Mn、0.14P、0.012S、1.00Ni、1.94Cr、0.36Cu)的耐腐蚀性,并用扫描电镜和能谱分析法分析了锈层、基体的组织、成分和耐蚀机理。结果表明,在5%氯化钠盐雾腐蚀120 h后Corten Cr2钢的平均腐蚀速率为Corten A钢的65.86%;Corten Cr2钢腐蚀层表面和钢板表面Cr原子百分比和氧化铬的富集程度均高于Corten A钢。
The corrosion resistance of 3 mm sheet of steel Corten A (/% : 0. 59C, 0.16Si, 0. 31Mn, 0.14P, 0. 009S, 0. 49Ni, 0. 52Cr, 0. 35Cu) and steel Corten Cr2 (/% : 0. 59C, 0. 16Si, 0. 30Mn, 0. 14P, 0. 012S, 1.00Ni, 1.94Cr, 0. 36Cu) is studied by using accelerated corrosion test salt fog chambers and measuring alternating current (AC) impedance method, and the structure morphology, analysis and corrosion resistance mechanism of rust layer and matrix are analyzed by using scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. Results show that with etching in 5% sodium chloride fog for 120 h, the average corrosion rate of steel Corten Cr2 is 65.86% of that of steel Corten A; the Cr at- om percentage and chromium oxide rich extent at surface of corrosion layer and plate surface of steel Corten Cr2 are higher than that of steel Corten A.
