摘要
设计了一种旋转台式营养钵机,该机采用多工位旋转加工的方式,能够连续完成营养钵的铺土、压制、播种、覆土、推出的加工,生产效率达3 600个/h,其结构紧凑、占地面积小。设计中采用Pro/E软件,对营养钵机进行了三维建模和运动仿真,在此基础上完成了制钵机的全套加工图设计。
A new nutrition bowl machine with rotary table was introduced.The machine works by the multi-station rotary processing methods,which could continuous execute spreading soil,squeezing soil,sowing,covering soil,and pushing out the seed nutrition bowl.The production efficiency achieves 3 600 per hour.Moreover,the machine also has the advantage of small occupied area and compact structure.In the design,the Pro / E software was used to make three-dimensional model and simulated motion for nutrition bowl machine.On the basis of above,all processing designs of nutrition bowl machine had been accomplished.
