猪肝脏总RNA快速提取方法

Fast Extraction of Total RNA from Pig Liver

采用CTAB法和改良的Trizol法提取贵州从江香猪(Sus scrofa domestica)新鲜肝脏的总RNA,通过紫外分光光度法和凝胶电泳检测RNA质量。结果表明,改良的Trizol法提取的总RNA的纯度高,完整性好,优于CTAB法。且改良的Trizol法提取的猪肝脏总RNA可用于RT-PCR等后续分子生物学操作。

CTAB and modified Trizol method were adopted to extract total RNA from fresh liver of Congjiang Xiang-pig（Sus scrofa domestica） in Guizhou.According to UV spectrophotometry and gel electrophoresis,total RNA extracted by modified Trizol method was with higher purity and integrity than CTAB method.It was also approved that RNA extracted by modified Trizol method could be used in molecular research such as RT-PCR.
