保定市城乡建设用地变化分析

Study on the Dynamic of Urban-Rural Construction Land in Baoding

随着工业化、城镇化的迅速向前推进,我国人口逐渐由农村向城镇集中,城镇建设用地规模日益扩大,农村建设用地不断扩张,城乡建设用地的"双扩张"现象给建设用地控制造成巨大压力,对保障耕地带来极大威胁。采用脱钩理论建立脱钩模型,对近几年保定市城乡建设用地变化进行分析,并采用其他理论对分析结论进行阐述,发现保定市城镇建设用地增加尚未与农村建设用地减少形成联动机制,城乡建设用地仍处于外延式扩张的粗放利用状态。

Along with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, more and more peasants are concentrating in urban areas, which cause the expansion of construction land area in both city and contryside. This change brings challenge to the control of construction land and threatens the food safety. The basic theory and approach of decoupling was introduced; and the deeoupling model about urban-rural construction land was built inorder to study the relationship about the urban-ru- ral construction land in Baoding. And other theories were applied to analyze the results. It was concluded that the urban and rural construction land was expanded separately; there was little relationship between them. The expansion of urban-rural con- struction land was extansive.
