基于空气微生物角度的道路空气质量初探 被引量:2

摘要 运用自然沉降法监测了兰州市道路空气质量状况,对不同功能区的交通主干道及北滨河路两边绿地空气微生物进行取样分析并对数据进行统计整理。试验结果表明,①兰州市各功能区交通主干道中空气微生物污染区占31.6%,中度污染区占21.1%,重度污染区占21.1%,26.3%的地区超过重度污染区,重污染区主要集中在车流量较多的交通要道,各功能区的污染顺序由大到小为:七里河区、安宁区、西固区、城关区,污染微生物以细菌为主;②道路交通的污染程度与车流量关系密切,在车流量较高的交通干道,空气微生物中细菌、真菌、放线菌的含量均很高;③交通主干道中,绿化带对空气微生物的截杀作用较强,部分地区对空气微生物拦截量可达40.0%。 The road air quality of Lanzhou city was monitored by natural sedimentation method. Samples were collected from the key roads of different functional zones and the green belt of the North Binhe Road and then analyzed. The results were as follows, ①31.6% of the key roads of different functional zones had already been air microbe contaminated, 21.1% was moderately contaminated, 21.1% was heavily-polluted; and 26.3% was over heavily-polluted. The heavily-polluted areas main- ly located in heavy traffic roads. Generally the polluted condition was Qilihe district 〉Anning district 〉 Xigu district 〉 Chengguan district; and the mainpollutant was bacterium.②Traffic pollution was closely related to car density. On main roads, bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes were rich. ③Green belts could greatly reduce air microbes in city main roads as in some areas 40% microbes could be held up.
