摘要
以对甲砜基甲苯为原料,先经过硝化,然后在五氧化二钒做催化剂和氧气的辅助作用下,经过氧化作用,得到2-硝基-4-对甲砜基苯甲酸。并对此工艺进行了优化,使转化率≥99%,收率≥85%。
Using p-methylsulfonyltoluene as starting material, 4-methyosufonyl-2-nitrobenzoic acid was prepared with nitric acid and V205 as catalyst under the help of 02. The process conditions were optimed as the conversion rate could be up to 99% with the yield higher than 85%.
