摘要 为了避免评估指标的片面性,提出了一种多指标综合评价体系。该体系分别以钎料的钎着率、温升性能、润湿性、工艺性能和成本作为评价指标,通过对不同的指标进行综合评分,计算权重值,得出综合评价值,从而确定钎料适用性的优劣。通过具体的试验数据说明此体系在评估电触头钎料中的应用。结果表明,钎着率的高低对钎料的适用性影响大,但是同时必须综合考虑其他指标。 In order to avoid evaluation index being biased, a comprehensive evaluation system including multi- ple indexes was put forward. Brazed rate, normal temperature performance, wettability, process performance and cost were taken as evaluation indexes in this system, then each index will be graded, its weighing calculated so as to obtain the comprehensive value. Therefore, the applicability of the solder will be judged by its value. The result indicates that the solder's applicability is affected to a great extent by the brazed rate. However, the rest of four in- dexes must also be considered.
