摘要
以HPLC法作为大青叶中靛玉红含量的检测方法,探讨了不同pH值和不同萃取溶剂对靛玉红提取的影响,确立了大青叶中靛玉红含量的测定方法。结果表明:在试验条件下,靛玉红在1.5~24μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),精密度RSD=0.64%,加样回收率为97.33%,重现性RSD=0.54%。HPLC法简单可行,准确性好,重现性高,是大青叶中靛玉红含量测定的有效方法。
To establish a method for measuring the content of indirubin in Daqingye, the HPLC method was adopted to discuss the impacts of different pH values and different extraction solvents on extraction of indirubin from Daqingye. The results indicated that under the experimental conditions, indirubin showed a good linear correlation (r=0.999 9) with peak area within the range of 1.5 -24μg/mL, precision RSD =0.64%, the average recovery ratio was 97.33%, and the repeatability RSD=0.54%. Therefore, the HPLC method is a simple and feasible method with high accuracy and good reproducibility, which is an effective method for measurement Of indirubin content in Daqingye.
