摘要
采用电絮凝法对甲基橙模拟偶氮染料废水的处理进行研究,用正交试验确定各影响因素的主次关系为:电解时间〉电解电压〉初始pH〉电极板间距〉染料初始质量浓度,探究了各影响因素对电絮凝的影响.试验结果表明,在甲基橙初始质量浓度为40mg/L、电解时间为40 min、电解电压为25 V、初始pH为5~7、极板间距为2.5 cm的条件下,甲基橙染料废水的脱色率最高可达90.2%.
Methyl orange simulated azo dye wastewater was treated with electro coagulation method.The order relation was determined by orthogonal experimental design:electrolysis timeelectrolysis voltageinitial pHinterelectrode distanceinitial concentration of dye.The impacts of all factors on electro coagulation are researched and discussed.The results showed that the removal rate of the methyl orange dye wastewater can reach above 90.2% as the initial concentration of methyl orange was 40 mg/L,electrolysis time was 40 min,under 25 V of electrolysis voltage,5~7 of initial pH,and 2.5 cm of interelectrode distance.
