摘要
该文依据JJG743-1991《流出杯式粘度计计量检定规程》,以实践经验为基础,对流出杯式粘度计常数测量结果的不确定度进行了系统的分析。测量不确定度是与测量结果相联系的参数,它表征合理地赋予被测量之值的分散性。广义而言,测量不确定度意为对测量结果正确性的可疑程度。它定量说明了测量结果的质量,并可找出影响测量结果质量的主要因素,实验室能够依据这些影响量有针对性地加以控制,以达到保证校准结果质量,提升校准能力的目的。
Based on JJG743-1991,to experience-based,on a constant flow cup viscometer for measuring the uncertainty of the results of a systematic analysis.Measurement uncertainty is associated with the measurement parameters.It gives a reasonable representation of the value of the measured dispersion.In broad terms,measurement uncertainty means the accuracy of the measurement results of the suspect.It quantitatively describes the quality of measurement results,affect the quality of measurement results and to identify the main factors.These effects can be based on the amount of laboratory targeted control,calibration results in order to achieve quality assurance,the ability to enhance the purpose of calibration.
