Preparation and Applied Study of Chitosan-Based Polymer Dyes

本课题壳聚糖与活性染料Lanasol Blue 3G为原材料制备高分子染料,将其用于织物的染色。通过单因子实验研究了反应时间、反应温度、反应体系pH值对染色织物摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度的影响,通过正交试验确定了反应优化工艺条件:温度为60℃,时间为3h,pH值为7。制定了可行的实验工艺流程。

Polymer dyes are prepared using chitosan and Reactive Dyes Lanasol Blue 3G as raw materials and applied to fabric dyeing.Single factor experiment is used to investigate the effects of reaction time,temperature,pH on the rubbing fastness,soaping fastness of the dyed fabric and orthogonal experiment is employed to determine the optimized process conditions:that is dyeing at 60℃ for 3 hours with pH=7.
