摘要
根据B级铸钢产品标准进行控制样品成分设计,采用合理的熔铸工艺研制出含碳、硫、硅、锰、磷、铜、镍等7个元素标准样品。此标准样品经金相检查,结果表明,结构组织均匀、致密,无夹杂、气孔、裂纹等缺陷。用单因素方差分析法进行均匀性检验,均匀性良好,能满足光谱分析用标准样品的要求。采用多种准确可靠的分析方法对控制样品进行定值分析,并对分析结果进行数理统计处理,确定了待测元素的标准值及不确定度。该控制样品可用于B级铸钢的炉前及产品质量控制校正分析。
The composition design of control sample was carried out based on the product standard of grade-B cast steel. The standard samples containing carbon, sulfur, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, copper and nickel were developed by proper melting and casting technologies. The metallographic characterization indicated that the prepared standard sample exhibited uniform and dense structure without defects such as inclusion, air hole and crack. The uniformity test was conducted by single-factor variance analysis method. The uniformity was good and could meet the requirements of standard sample for spectral analysis. The certified values of control sample were obtained by several accurate and reliable analysis methods. Moreover, the analytical results were treated by mathematical statistics to obtain the accurate value and uncertainty of testing elements. This control sample could be applied to the ladle analysis and correction analysis of product quality control of grade-B cast steel.
