中国与东盟贸易中中国知识产权战略的构建与实施

The Construction and Implementation of Chinese Intellectual Property Strategy in China and ASEAN Trade

经济全球化时代,知识产权已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分。通过分析中国与东盟货物贸易、服务贸易和技术贸易的发展现状及其中的知识产权保护困境,提出中国面向东盟的知识产权战略的构建应以"促进互利共赢、突出重点、促进区域协调发展"为基本原则。在知识产权战略实施中,应构筑政府—行业协会—企业的协调机制,提升自主知识产权水平,加大知识产权保护力度。

In the era of economic globalization, intellectual property has become the important part of international trade. This paper analyzes the development status of trade in goods, trade in services and technology trade between China and ASEAN and the intellectual property protection predicament. China should promote a＂ win- win situation, outstanding key, promoting coor- dinated regional development as the basic principle, build a coordination mechanism among government , industry association and enterprises, enhance the level of independent intellectual property, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights.
