黑龙江省对俄投资研究

近年来随着中俄经贸合作的不断深入,黑龙江省对俄投资取得了较快发展,但对俄投资企业经验不足、整体实力不强,并存在俄罗斯社会治安问题突出、政策不稳定、官僚和腐败现象严重等制约因素。黑龙江省应大力推进重点项目建设,定期举办对俄投资研讨会和对俄企业家座谈会,及时发现并解决问题,抓住俄罗斯入世机遇,扩大对俄投资。

With the continuous deepening of Sino- Russian economic and trade cooperation. Heilung^iang Province investment in Russia has developed rapidly. But the investment companies are lack of experience and the overall strength is weak. There are also some restricting factors such as the social problems in Russia, unstable policy , serious bureaucracy and corrup- tion. Heilongjiang Province should vigorously promote the construction of the key projects, hold on regular seminars and forums of entrepreneurs ,timely find out and solve the problems, seize the opportunity of Russia entring into WTO and expand invest- ment in Russia.
