白癜风患者治疗前后血清SOD、M-CSF和MMP-2水平的变化及临床意义

Changes of serum SOD,M-CSF and MMP-2 levels after treatment in patients with vitiligo

目的探讨白癜风患者治疗前后血清SOD.M-CSF和MMP-2水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和酶联法对32例白癜风患者进行了治疗前后血清SOD.M-CSF和MMP-2水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果白癜风患者在治疗前血清SOD水平非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),而血清M-CSF、MMP-2水平有非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。经治疗6个月后与正常人比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05),且血清SOD水平与M-CSF、MMP-2水平呈负相关(r=-0.4712,-0.6138,P<0.01)。结论白癜风患者存在有自身免疫调节异常,检测血清SOD、M-CSF、MMP-2水平的变化对预后的治疗和预后观察均是有重要的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum SOD,M-CSF and MMP-2 levels before and after treatment in patients with vitiligo.Methods Serum SOD,M-CSF（with RIA）,MMP-2（with Elisa） levels were measured in 32 patients with vitiligo and 35 controls.Results Before treatment,serum SOD levels were significantly lower in the patients than those in controls（P0.01）while serum M-CSF mmp-2 levels were significantly higher（P0.01）.6 months after treatment,the data were greatly corrected but remained significantly different from those in the controls（P0.05）.Serum SOD levels were negatively correlated with M-CSF,MMp-2（r=-0.4712,-0.6138,P0.01）.Conclusion Vitiligo is a kind of auto-immune disease with abnormal immuno-regulation.The levels of serum SOD,M-CSF and MMP-2 contents after treatment might be of prognostic importance in patients with vitiligo.
