超声介入射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤的近期及远期疗效观察

Evaluation of short-and long-term effectiveness of clinical application of radiofrequency ablation on uterine fibroids by ultrasound

目的评价超声介入射频消融技术治疗子宫肌瘤的近期及远期临床疗效。方法本组80例子宫肌瘤患者,采用超声介入射频治疗系统进行一次性超声消融治疗。观察靶肌瘤在治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月的瘤体缩小率、临床症状以及生活质量的改善率和卵巢功能。结果治疗后3个月6、个月、12个月、24个月随访,靶肌瘤体积明显缩小;症状严重程度(SSS)评分明显改善;生活质量(QOL)比治疗前有明显提高;卵巢功能无异常。结论子宫肌瘤射频消融治疗是一种创伤小、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the short-and long-term effectiveness of clinical application of radiofrequency ablation on uterine fibroids by ultrasound.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids were treated using radiofrequency therapy system.The shrink rate of target fibroids,clinical symptoms,improvement rate of quality of life and ovarian function were observed.Results 3 months,6 months,one year and two years after the treatment,the target fibroids volume was significantly reduced and SSS score was significantly improved.The quality of life was markedly improved.Moreover,ovary function was not found abnormal.Conclusion The radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids is a less invasive,safe and effective treatment.
