摘要
《中华人民共和国食品安全法》实施后,为实现食品强制性标准和推荐性标准的有机统一奠定了基础。本文剖析了国内外食品标准的强制性与推荐性内容,并对完善我国食品强制性和推荐性标准提出了建议,为建立统一、协调的食品标准体系提供借鉴与参考。
The implementation of the PRC Food Safety Law laid a foundation for the realization of the organic unity of food mandatory and recommended standards. The content of the domestic and international food mandatory and recommended standards was analyzed and the advices were advanced for improving China's food mandatory and recommended standards to provide the reference for the establishment of a unified and coordinated food standards system.
