The Comparison of Competitive Competence of Fund Companies in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong Province

我国的基金管理公司主要集中在上海、北京和广东(包括深圳地区)三地,然而有证据显示三地基金公司的竞争力存在着明显差异,上海地区的基金管理公司除了在固定收益类基金上表现突出,在资产管理规模、宏观经济研究和基金营销三方面均存在不足,竞争力明显弱于其它两地。这一现状不利于上海投资基金业的长远发展,亟待改善。

China's fund management companies are mainly located in Shanghai,Beijing and Guangdong Province(including Shenzhen).However,evidences show that there are obvious differences among fund companies in these three regions.Fund management companies in Shanghaihave advantages in running fixed-income funds,but are insufficient in assets under management,macro-economic research and fund marketing.The status quo goes against the development of Shanghai's investment fund industry and urgently needs improvement.
