摘要
本文简述了目前国内外精密时钟技术在国内外研究、发展以及IEEE STD C37.238国际标准的情况,同时,推荐了智能变电应用的报文格式、传输模式以及组网应用的方式;根据IEEE 1588国际标准明确了网络节点对频率调整和相位调整的技术要求,着重分析了本地时钟抖动和漂移、网络中异常PTP报文以及主钟切换带来的网络问题和解决方法。
The paper first reviews the definition of standard and standardization, gives a basic comparative analysis to those definitions. On this basis, summarizes the classification and features of the technique standards and the influence which imposes to the technical advancement. Then the paper reorganizes the progress of technique standardization, and gives a simple and clear summary to the role of government and technical affiliation. At the end, concludes the regulatory of the technique standardization marketization on the foundation of classification of different technique standards.
