摘要
对干料预热采用分段加热,创造性的提出了利用本厂自产蒸汽作为热源提高干料温度,通过工艺改进,改善糊料混捏质量提高生阳极质量。
Incremental heating is adopted to dry material preheating, it creatively put forward that self-produced steam of the factory shall be the heat source to increase the temperature of dry material ; the green anode quality is increased by technology improvement and paste kneading quality improvement.
