摘要
本试验利用B5培养基和外源激素TDZ促进根状茎分化,根状茎的分化率能达到100%。结果表明:在B5+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基中,每0.01 m根状茎平均出芽数能达到4.49个。根状茎分化过程中,POD的活性、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白都呈上升趋势,且上升数值与芽分化数目呈正相关。
In this trial,B5 medium and TDZ were used to promot the differentiation of rhizome,and the differentiation rate of rhizome probably reached 100 %.The result showed that rhizome buds per cm could reach 4.49 in B5+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L culture base.During rhizome differentiation process,its POD activity,soluble sugar and soluble protein increased,and these increasing value were positively correlated with the number of bud differentiation.
