摘要
从环境中分离、筛选降解秸秆的微生物,构建获得秸秆腐解复合菌系,并对菌系的放大反应工艺作了初步探索。结果表明,菌系培养所需的主要营养元素及含量为麸皮3.5%,黄豆粕0.42%,Fe2+0.12%,最适的培养条件为温度28℃,时间66 h,pH 6.8,转速225 r/min。
The strains were isolated and screened from the soil and the compost of garbage,a complex cellulose-decomposing manufacture was made from them.The ferment condition of the complex cellulose-decomposing manufacture in biomagnification was studied.The results showed that the treatment of 3.5 % bran,0.42 % soyabean extraction and 0.12 % Fe^2+ as major nutrient element was benefit to biomagnifications.The optimum conditions were: biomagnification at 28 ℃ and 66 h,the pH of culture medium 6.8 and the rotate speed of fermenter vane as 225 r/min.
