水稻稻曲病抗源筛选与评价研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过对416份水稻材料进行稻曲病田间抗性鉴定筛选,发现一批高抗稻曲病的资源材料,从中选取20份进行分期播种鉴定。结合材料田间农艺性状、室内拷种进行分析,结果显示:多数品种表现抗性,病指在0到4之间,发病率在15%以下,所测20份材料,不同株高的品种稻曲病的发生病率不同,对株高相同或相近的品种,其病穗率存在较大差异,也存在病率相同或相近的品种株高差异较大;不同的抽穗期稻曲病发生病率不同,同一抽穗期的品种对稻曲病的抗性亦表现出很大差异。水稻的稃尖颜色,芒色的不同,稻曲病的发生病率差异较大;结实率与穗长度、千粒重、粒色与稻曲病发病率无直接关系。多抗性试验表明,抗源的筛选可以考虑多因素复合性状的选取,才能找到多抗性材料,更好地为水稻抗病虫育种服务。 Some high resistance to flase smut resouces were found through rice field resistance identification of 416 rice materials,and 20 rice materials were seleceted for sowing identification by stage with materials field agronomic traits and plant laboratory test.The results showed that the most materials were resistant to rice false smut,and disease index was between 0 and 4,the incidence rate was under 15 %. Different varieties with different plant height had different incidence rates,and the varieties with the same or similar plant height had obviously different ear disease rates,even the materials with the same or similar incidence rate showed significant difference in plant height.Rice flase smut incidence rares were different in different heading date,and materials with the same heading date had different resistance to rice flase smut.The rice materials with different lemma tip color,mango-colored had the quite different incidence rates;and setting rate,spike length,grain weight,and grain color had no direct relationship with false smut disease rates.Multi-resistance tests showed that the the screening of rice flase smut resistce resource could be considered to select multi-factor complex traits in order to find more resistance materials,and provide better service for rice resistance breeding.
