摘要
采用AT89C51单片机控制16×16点阵发光二极管组成256个像素显示汉字的方式实现汉字点阵显示,通过PROTEUS软件模拟仿真调试,克服了传统直接硬件调试耗费元件的缺点,仿真结果表明,16×16点阵发光二极管电子显示屏能够稳定显示和便利的控制,并可以直接应用到实际工程中。
In order to realize the Chinese characters display,16×16 dot matrix LED are controlled by AT89C51,through the Proteus software simulate and debug,the simulation results show that,LED electronic display is stabe and is conveniently controlled,and it can be applied to the practical engineering.
