摘要
首先,提出我军进行装备保障转型的必要性。然后对装备保障转型的内部优势和劣势、外部机遇和威胁进行利用SWOT分析,并针对不足,从多个方面就未来发展给出了一些对策和建议,从而为设计一套具有中国特色的装备保障转型战略提供参考。
The necessity of equipment support transformation is brought forward. Then, a SWOT analysis is made of the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of equipment support transformation, and focus on shortage some countermeasures and advice are given to the future development orientation. It is very helpful for designing a set of the strategy of equipment support transformation with Chinese characteristics.
