摘要
为研究混沌神经网络抗噪声的能力,在陈的混沌神经网络模型中引入噪声函数,研究带白噪声的混沌神经网络模型,给出混沌神经元的倒分岔图和Lyapunov指数图,分析其动力学特性。基于该混沌神经元模型,构造带白噪声的混沌神经网络,并进行能量函数分析,验证其稳定性。结果表明,只要适当的调节噪声系数,系统仍将具有良好的稳定性,系统具有一定的抗噪声干扰能力。在实际应用环境中可以通过调节噪声系数为适当的负值,从而使系统具有更好的优化能力。
In order to study on the chaotic neural network of anti-noise capability,Chen's chaotic neural network model introduced noise function,studied with white noise of chaotic neural network model,given the chaos of the neurons would bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov index map,an analysis of their dynamics.Based on the chaotic neuron model,constructed with the white noise of chaotic neural network,and the energy function analysis to verify its stability.The results show that as long as the proper regulation of noise figure,the system will continue to have good stability,the system has certain anti-noise capability.In practice,the environment,the noise figure can be regulated due to the negative,so that the system has the ability to optimize the better.
