分析了目前校园网的发展特点和管理过程中存在的问题,提出了基于ITIL的校园网综合业务管理系统设计架构,详细介绍该系统中服务提供和服务支持的主要功能。系统简化了服务提供的事务处理流程,为建立校园网运维管理体系提供了必要的技术手段。最后,简单介绍了该系统在某校实际使用情况。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current campus network and problems in the management process.With ITIL concepts,presents the architecture of ITIL-based campus network integrated business management system,and describes main functions in service delivery and service support.The proposed system simplifies the transaction process in service delivery,and provides the necessary technical means for establishment of the campus network operation and maintenance management architecture.Finally,it simply introduces the actual use of the system in the school.
