摘要
对预测蠕变曲线的θ映射法和修正的θ映射法进行了研究,改进了预测蠕变曲线的双幂指数函数法,用高温合金K435在800℃和900℃时的蠕变试验数据进行了验证,通过分析方程的数学形态和蠕变曲线拟合优度,证明了改进的方法能够描述真实的蠕变曲线,较好地吻合实际的试验数据。
θ projection method and adjusted θ projection method were studied, an improved dual power exponent function method for predicting creep curve was put forward according to creep test data characteristic of superalloy K435 at 800℃ and 900℃. The equation mathematical morphology and goodness-of-fit of creep curve were analyzed, which proved that the improved method is able to describe the real creep curve and anatomize the creep test data.
