BaTiO_3-CoFe_2O_4复合多铁纳米陶瓷的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法和溶胶凝胶法制备BaTiO3-CoFe2O4两相复合陶瓷粉体,并通过成型1200℃烧结制备BaTiO3-CoFe2O4两相复合陶瓷,测试XRD和TEM,并对其介电,漏电,铁电进行了研究。XRD分析制备的BTO陶瓷为四方结构,铁电性较好,具有较大的介电常数和较低的介电损耗,CFO陶瓷为尖晶石结构,复合陶瓷具有两相结构,同时具有铁电性和磁性。 This paper uses both chemical coprecipitation and sol-gel to prepare BaTiO3-CoFe2O4 two-phase composite ceramic powders,and prepare BaTiO3-of CoFe2O4two-phase composite ceramic by molding and sintering at 1200℃.Test XRD and TEM,and study on their dielectric property,I-V and ferroelectricity.XRD shows that BTO ceramic is tetragonal structure and has good ferroelectricity,big dielectric constant and low dielectric losses.CFO ceramic is spinel structure.Composite ceramic is two-phase composite ceramic with ferroelectricity and magnetic property.
