摘要
一般情况下安装了安全附件的压力容器,进行泄漏性试验合格后,按照常理也应该是遵循高压不泄漏、低压也不泄漏的原则,但通过实践发现带安全附件的汽车罐车气密试验后高压状态不泄漏,在低压状态却发生泄漏。通过描述在用汽车罐车安全阀在低压状态下泄露现象,分析了问题产生的原因,给出了解决问题的方法,实践证明,该方法效果明显。
Usually installed the pressure vessel with security annex should be also follow the principle that can not leak under the high pressure and low voltage after the test of the leakage,but the practice found that car tanker with security annex did not leak under high pressure but leak under low voltage state after air-test.The methods solving the problems through the description of leak phenomenon under low pressure state and analysis of causes produced problems were given,the practice proved that the method is effective.
