B公司呆滞物料形成原因及解决对策探讨

Discussion on the forming reasons and Countermeasures of Dull Materials of B Company

为有效处理B公司存在的呆滞物料,首先到生产现场参与管理实践,亲自观察,收集数据,听取一线员工的意见,然后应用工业工程的思想和方法,对导致呆滞物料产生的原因进行追踪,在此基础上,提出了加强物料管理,从源头杜绝呆滞物料产生的若干对策建议。从对B公司呆滞物料的分析中我们发现,增强企业竞争力的一个有效来源是企业在管理中应用工业工程的方法进行持续不断的改善。

To deal with the dull materials of B Company effectively,first,take part in practicing in the production site observing,collecting data and listening the opinions of staffs,and then applying the ideas and methods of industrial engineering to track the forming reasons of dull materials.On this foundation,put forward several countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen material management,at last to completely eradicate the dull materials.From the B＇s dull materials analysis,we found that application the industrial engineering approaches to improve continuously in the business management is an effective source to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
