摘要
介绍了底吹透气砖在线热更换设备的组成、主要功能及在150 t转炉生产中的应用情况。通过对底吹系统进行改造,实现热更换功能后,降低了终点碳、氧积,降低了终渣TFe含量,钢铁料、合金料消耗降低,取得了很好的经济效益。
The constitution, main functions about on - line replacing equipments of the bottom blowing gas - permeable brick and its application in 150 t converter are introduced. After renovating bottom blowing system and implementing hot exchange function,it reduced the amount of carbon and oxygen, the TFe content of the terminal slag and the consumption of ferrous materials and alloys, at last achieved very good economical benefits.
