摘要
本文在了解了国内外在流域开发规划环境影响评价(EIA)的研究及应用进展的基础上,提出了几点中国在流域开发规划EIA中应注意的问题。文章还介绍了流域开发规划EIA的必要性,总结了流域开发规划EIA的评价系统、工作程序、EIA报告书的内容及形式。
The paper puts forward attention problems in EIA of river basin development planning in China based on understanding the study and application of EIA of river basin development planning at home and abroad.The paper introduces the necessary of the EIA of river basin development planning,summarizes its evaluation system and program process and the contents and form of the EIA report.
