To guarantee the progressiveness of the Communist Party of China is fundamental to ensure the legality in power as proletariat party.To keep the progressiveness of the Party in the history and reality,the Communist Party of China in power should gain the profound historical accumulation and wide realistic foundation.Only if we enhance to build a study party and the study consciousness and improve the study ability can we keep the progressiveness of our Party and basically strengthen the base of the Communist party of China in power.
